    More than 150 highly qualified engineers on our team are ready to tackle the most complex tasks — from reverse engineering existing products to developing new high-tech solutions. Our established approach and the extensive cross-industry bank of calculation methods enable us to improve product characteristics and reduce the time to market.

  • Supercomputer

    Supercomputer

    To solve multi-physical problems of large dimensions and high precision within tight deadlines, the Engineering Center of UrFU is equipped with a high-performance supercomputer (HPC cluster) with a capacity of over 100 TFLOPS, as well as personal graphics workstations.

  • Equipment

    Equipment

    Two production facilities for prototype and serial manufacturing are equipped with over 100 units of new high-precision equipment, enabling the full cycle of production from prototype to serial manufacturing. The foundry, machining, laboratory and testing sections are equipped with a 3D printer for casting molds, CNC lathes, and three- and five-axis milling machines, as well as equipment for manufacturing polymer products using injection molding
